The shape has modern beauty and emphasizes the city's luxurious image. The color green indicates eco-friendliness, and the nature and blue mean vibrancy of the city. The overlapping area signifies the vision of Nam-gu, development through unity and integration.

  • The characters are the symbol of our eco-friendly city where the clean natural environment harmoniously coexists with the urban environment. Their names "Jeseogi" and "Geumdangi" originated from the local mountains. They contain the following hopes and dreams to become a hopeful city of dignity and an eco-friendly green city.
